Internal & external liaison, coordinating all necessary offices / factories as well as business transaction on behalf of the MD
Ensure utmost confidentiality and integrity of operations
Handle independent correspondence
Manage data/ department filing/ document management
Manage MD telephone desk
Organize and prepare for meetings
Responsible for travel arrangements of MD
Responsible for taking Dictation, Typing Letters, Filling, Faxing & Scanning
Managing other assignments given from time to time
Preparation and implementation of Business Plan
Responsible for the growth and development of the organisation
Should have a fare knowledge of International Market
Key Skills: Should be able to prepare and analyse the various MIS reports.
Responsible for upkeep of the MD office
Responsible for overall secretarial support to the MD office viz; minutes of meeting, fax, email, etc so as to ensure smooth flow of work
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Graduate
Candidate should be from Any Industry
Female candidate only
Willing to travel india as well as abroad.
