Main tasks:

Voert overige ordergegevens in zoals leverdata van de order en doorlooptijd van de Montage.
Bespreekt knelpunten en past zonodig de planning gegevens aan.
Verschaft gegevens voor de aansturing aan andere afdelingen aan zoals Inkoop, Werkvoorbereiding, Productie, Magazijn en Montage.
Main requirements:

HBO werk- en denkniveau aangevuld met enige jaren ervaring als Planner.
Beschikt over een accurate werkinstelling.
Stressbestendigheid en communicatieve vaardigheden.
Ervaring met Excel en het werken met een ERP systeem.
Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Platecoil Application Engineer

Platecoil Application Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

•Analyze incoming inquiries and ensuring the customer’s goals are understood.
Performing heat transfer calculations including two-phase process liquids.
Develops heat exchanger design in conjunction with Production, Quality Control, R&D, and Engineering.
Develop quotation including choosing best Platecoil design, costing relevant heat exchanger, determining pricing level and commission, write up of quotation, and gathering information for bid sheets.
Approves quotations up to $60k
Oversee orders by reviewing them, working with drafting to ensure shop drawings are prepared that meet customer’s requirements, answering customer or representative’s questions on quotations and drawings, writing change orders, and addressing fabrication issues with customers.
Initiates RMA requests and assist RMR reports for returned or nonconforming goods.
Initiates rework order for nonconforming goods
Address all technical issues with customers and representatives from inquiry to after sales
Assist in training at rep. seminars
Travel to meet customers on special projects
Attend trade shows
Other duties as assigned
Position Competency Requirements:
Four year degree with major or minor in chemical or mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Thorough knowledge of PC based word processing and spreadsheet software.
Knowledge of MathCAD software program is a plus
Knowledge of process design and operation is a plus
Must be able to pass the engineering aptitude test with a minimum score of 70%
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Position Physical Activity Requirements:
Ability to efficiently utilize computer equipment.
Ability to verbally communicate effectively.
Ability to move throughout Tranter’s facilities.
Ability to drive and travel via commercial airline.

Duties

electrical engineering in Eplan and ELCAD.

You will also participate in project meetings and collaborate with our operations in Sandviken and Gimo and liaise with suppliers and end users of the equipment both in Sweden and abroad.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree who have years of experience in elkonstruktionarbete with process and production equipment. You are familiar with the current standards for electrical engineering in Sweden. Knowledge of the standards in North America and other countries are meriterande.Erfarenhet of system design and problem solving related to radiated and conducted emissions from högfrekvensspänningskällor is an advantage, as well as knowledge of explosion-proof design (ATEX). Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written is essential.
You are creative and self-motivated with the ability to complete your tasks began. You like to work independently as well as together with others and like to share your knowledge and experience. Knowledge of other languages ??is a plus, as is experience of Citect, Mitsubishi, Delta V and other control systems.
