Chamilia, headquartered in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, is a progressive, high growth company that sells customizable jewelry to fine quality jewelry retailers throughout the world. Chamilia is a privately held company selling a variety of bracelets and necklaces with beads and charms made of Italian Murano glass, Swarovski® crystal, as well as gold and silver. Chamilia jewelry allows each individual to design and customize their own bracelets and necklaces each having their own unique character and style.



Position Summary:
The System Analyst is responsible for defining, developing, configuring, securing  and supporting Chamilia’s global business systems portfolio of applications. This is a hands-on role with a broad range of implementation, configuration and support duties. This position will work closely with IT Business Analysts, management and external systems partners to design, configure, install, and support key components of the business applications portfolio.

Key Accountabilities:
Ø Participates in IT system planning to facilitate the company’s business system architecture
Ø Leads the installation and support of off-the-shelf and vendor-hosted applications, databases, and operating systems
Ø Leads and supports application integrations
Ø Performs configuration, patching, testing, and debugging to support new applications installs and updates to existing applications
Ø Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
Ø Support, maintain and document software functionality; writes documentation to describe program configuration and integration points
Ø Software testing and quality assurance, participates in the testing process through development of detailed test scenarios and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
Ø Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
Ø Front end user interface design
Ø Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
Ø Integrate software with existing systems
Ø Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
Ø Systems and data security
Ø Maintain standards compliance
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following education, work experience, and abilities:

Ø Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
Ø Experience and Knowledge - -The qualified candidate will be knowledgeable with one or more integrated business applications such as Web, ERP, PLM, CRM,SCM, e-commerce with 5+ years experience in at least 2 of the 4 areas listed below:
o    Client/server applications installation and technical support
o    Relational databases and related systems (SQL Server preferred)
o    eCommerce applications and interfaces
o    Web development programming languages
Ø Technology Skills - -Prefer background with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.com, Sitecore,  SharePoint, C#, XML, HTML, ASP, .NET, SQL, SQL Server Reporting Service, IIS, COM/COM+, Active Directory, LAMP architectures, EDI, Middleware, and ETL. 
Ø Natural Focus on Customer Service Excellence - - commitment to consistently deliver high quality work products and services in a timely and cost effective manner.
Ø Communication Skills - - Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to communicate technical concepts and ideas in non-technical terms
