2.0  Essential Functions:
Research and Development

1.         Assist with the release to production process for new products, as directed by the Engineering Mgr.
2.         Responsible for meeting the documentation criteria for product released to production.
3.         Coordinate outside resources/departments regarding information and problems in prototype construction.
4.         Work directly with the design engineers developing a design for manufacturing process (DFM).
5.         Responsible for troubleshooting and failure analysis for new circuit PCBA’s as required.
6.         Develop the PCBA and the final test procedures for new products.
7.         Coordinate the release of the new test procedures and coordinate with Design Engineering.
8.         Submit engineering change requests to improve the electrical test process on an as required basis.
9.         Reduce process related costs by 5% per annually.

Manufacturing Engineering

10.        Create ECR’s and update support documentation, as required.
11.        Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date related to the electrical manufacturing and test process. 
12.        Assists engineering staff in the evaluation and correction of manufacturing issues for released product.
13.        Evaluates components for product application and make recommendation if components are noncompliant.
14.        Provide engineering specific documentation support to all departments.

1.     A Bachelor’s degree in electronics or electrical engineering (BSEE).   
2.     Computer literacy, proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3.     Must be able to read and interpret schematicsand specifications.
4.     Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
5.     Experience in the creation of technical procedural documentation.
6.     Five years of Manufacturing related experience as an Electrical Engineer.
7.     Proficient with oscilloscope, DMM, data acquisition systems, and firmware debuggers.

JOB PURPOSE: 
The Field Engineer I will be responsible for being the first point of contact for Sanjel customers and field personnel on job site and will provide technical support on location to ensure proper job execution.  A Field Engineer I will apply knowledge and skills obtained during training and will work with one specific service line.
Responsibilities:
  • Reviews job program proposal from Technical Specialist to understand treatment specifications and prepare for job.
  • May assist Technical Specialists in writing job designs/proposals as needed.
  • Work closely with Operations in pre-job planning; confers with Technical Specialists, Operations, and Service Line Coordinators to develop and implement job operating procedures; ensure all materials and equipment needed to perform job will be on site.
  • Assist Service Line Coordinator in determining calculations for chemical additives and concentrations for treatments.
  • Present job design proposals, specifications, and procedures to customer on job site.
  • Foster and maintain customer relations by establishing a positive image and confidence in the quality of services by being a point of contact for questions regarding product, equipment and procedures.
  • Conduct pre and post job analyses (i.e. pre-job chemical, mud and water testing, breaker tests, tank strapping; post-job information review- pressure response charts, etc).
  • Assist field operations with rig-in/outs as needed.
  • Provide onsite technical support for customers and Sanjel field operations team; support supervisors on location throughout all phases of job with (help with volumes, flushes, pad extensions, lengthening stages, chemical loadings, etc).
  • Conduct quality control tests during job (i.e. fluid testing) to ensure proper delivery of service; make changes/corrections as required; utilize and apply sound engineering principles on the job.
  • Investigate and evaluate any job difficulties and/or failures to diagnose faulty operations.
  • Partner with Engineering Manager or District Engineer to recommend opportunities for improvement, and provide feedback to Technical Specialists on customer problems and needs.
  • Prepare post-job reports / summaries for Technical Specialists.
  • Verify job tickets before Field Operations submits them to the customer.
  • Follow up with customer after service to ensure all aspects of the job were completed to expectations.
  • All other duties assigned.

  • 4 year degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering field
  • 1 year field engineering experience and/or completion of Sanjel Field Engineer Training program
  • Strong communication skills- verbal and written
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, judgment and decision making skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work a 11 days on, 3 days off schedule and availability to be on-call 24/7; travel up to 100% of the time required.
  • Exceptional computer skills; must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications~

Primary responsibilities

Contract review of Contract Quality requirements for both tenders and awarded contracts
Development of new and revision of existing Quality plans and Inspection and test plans
Coordinate investigations on Field failures and Liaison with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Service and Customer.
Review and evaluate inspection equipment and inspection techniques for Cameron and vendor

A technical degree from an accredited university and 5 years of related work experience or 10 years of related work experience is required. Work experience must include experience in manufacturing and inspection of machined components. Experience with oilfield related equipment is preferred. Experience in auditing and working knowledge of ISO 9001 and API Q1 as well as experience with root cause failure analysis are all very beneficial.

The mission of the National Finance Center: To design, develop, implement and operate, cost-effective, financial, administrative, and management information systems and services supporting missions of the USDA and its customers.

DUTIES:

The purpose of this position is to function as a technical expert and project leader of complex network communications projects.
As an IT Specialist (Network), you will be responsible for the following:
  • Analyze and evaluate work concerned with integrated systems of computer programs or computer equipment.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and software for reliability and integrity of the computer system data.
  • Advise and provide technical consultation and guidance to IT operating and management personnel on issues related to optimization of software and hardware utilization, configuration, and new development and techniques with respect to assigned projects.
  • Coordinate team efforts in accomplishing the work, directing development of overall plans, criteria, and network specifications.
  • Evaluate software, hardware, and network performance using complex analysis tools in order to correct operational deficiencies.
  • Oversee/perform equipment installation or relocation, testing and acceptance processes. Responds to and resolves problems with software, hardware and network management. Integrates several hardware, software, or network related services to provide an integrated network system.
  • Ensures that state-of-the-art technology is maintained for all computerized resources outside of the main host computer environment.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:


At the GS-11 level: One year of specialized experience that must have been at least equivalent to the (GS-09) level of specialized work experience in the Federal service, that included experience as a Network Administrator which included responsibility for performing troubleshooting and analysis of network infrastructure deployment and configuration issues and experience defining network requirements and maintaining network infrastructure; configuring hubs, routers, and switches; analyzing network workload; monitoring network capacity and performance; diagnosing and resolving network problems; and evaluating current technology available in a variety of categories. (Note: This experience must be demonstrated on your resume/supporting documents). 

At the GS-12 level: One year of specialized experience that must have been at least equivalent to the (GS-11) level of specialized work experience in the Federal service, that included experience as a Network Administrator which included responsibility for performing troubleshooting and analysis of network infrastructure deployment and configuration issues and experience defining network requirements and maintaining network infrastructure; configuring hubs, routers, and switches; analyzing network workload; monitoring network capacity and performance; diagnosing and resolving network problems; evaluating current technology available in a variety of categories and serving as a technical expert in recommending products and services to meet a variety of needs.
