Qualifications:
Our client which is operating in FMCG sector is looking for a IT APPLICATIONS & SUPPORT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE 

• Bachelor’s degree of MIS, Computer Sciences, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in business applications either as a developer or consultant
• Essential to have knowledge and experience of Sales Force Automation or similar business application implementations
• Working experience on Sales and Distribution processes is a plus
• Thorough understanding of software development life cycle
• Experience of development/database and business intelligence
• Knowledge on operational database applications and queries
• Fluent in English
• Excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description:

Management of functional change/reporting/integration requests on web & mobile applications from company users and dealer
Management of incident and problem processes of IT operations

1. Performing test and integration cycles of field applications
2. Responsible for user and authorization management of business applications
3. Performing SLA of support services and service desks managed by IT
4. Act as contact point between business and service providers/consultants
