Candidates should have the following skill set:
Responsibilities.
Supervision, administration and support of SAP Modules Customer Service and Material Management. Analysis of business processes in close co-ordination and contact with operating departments and central SAP IT in Germany. 1st and 2nd level support activities for users in the US and Canada. Identification on appropriate method of resolution and design of concepts. Collaboration on projects, including roll-out, support and training of SAP key users and users. Close contact and development co-ordination with SAP template owners. Optimization by execution of adjustments scoping maintenance activities and change requests
Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales and Service organization
*Good Understanding of service process
*Very good experience in customer and user orientation
*Good project management and training skills
*Experience in Material and Master data Management
*Understanding of gap analysis and functional specifications preparation
*Basic understanding of integration with other departments
*Solid experience with an ERP system in the Service environment
*Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
*Candidate must be prepared to travel
