Test Engineer
Are you a Test Engineer interested in working for the world's leading manufacturer of Defence products. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for testing a wide range of high value products used in a range of industries, such as Defence.
In this exciting role, you will also be responsible for:
Testing High Voltage Power supplies using a range of equipment, such as Oscilloscopes and Pulse Generators.
Fault finding on power supplies down to component level.
Testing grid connected power supplies.
Carrying out Environmental Stress Screening tests, including vibration, altitude and operational temperature cycling.
Ensure that all manufacturing related activities conform to Health and Safety requirements.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to have:
At least a HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
A working knowledge of RF/High Voltage/Switched Mode Power Supplies
Good mechanical skills
